The program will guide youth in understanding their personal online activity, ways to be safe and what to report.
Activities will include discussions around how to stay safe on the internet, exploring different scenarios that might happen when engaging on the internet and social media platforms and strategies to help themselves.
Self-regulation
Ages 8-12
Designed to help young people aged 8-12 explore their personal coping skills and gain an understanding of what dysregulates them.
Through interactive and engaging sessions, participants will build a strong sense of self and community in a supportive environment.
The program will guide youth in understanding their unique identities by exploring self-awareness, personal strengths, and core values. Activities will include goal-setting exercises, discussions on coping skills, and areas of dysregulation.

Navigating Life In Separated Families

GRIEF SUPPORT (Comfort Circle)
Ages 8-12

LIFE SKILLS
Ages 8-12
Designed for youth aged 8-12 to develop crucial life skills including problem-solving, time management, communication, and financial literacy.
The program offers interactive sessions where participants will learn practical strategies to tackle everyday challenges, manage their time effectively, and enhance their interpersonal skills.
Through hands-on activities, group discussions, and real-life scenarios, youth will practice problem-solving techniques, set achievable goals, and create personalized time management plans.
Additional focus will be on improving communication skills, understanding basic financial principles like budgeting and saving, and developing organizational habits.
By fostering a proactive mindset and providing tools for personal and academic success, program aims to empower young people to navigate their lives with confidence and competence, preparing them for future challenges and opportunities.
We are located in the plaza opposite Tall Pines School. There is plenty of parking space available.
